Challenge: Bring documents, statuses and actions together on a consistent interface foundation.
My role: Interface audit, product design, design system and directing an AI-assisted workflow.
Design outcome: Nine mockups built on shared tokens, before-and-after comparisons and reproducible checks. A research prototype with no deployment data.
